Bridgepro Management Ltd (“BPM”) warrants, subject to conditions stated below, that from the date of purchase this product will be free from mechanical defects for a period of one (1) year.
BPM, at its option and with an accompanying customer receipt, will repair or replace products found to be defective during the warranty period should the purchased product become defective by reason of improper workmanship or material defect during the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase listed on the customer receipt. If the product is no longer available we will repair or replace it with a product of equal value. Transportation charges of parts, or products in whole, submitted for repair or replacement, under this warranty shall be borne by the purchaser. This warranty is void if the product is used in any way other than for single-family domestic use or subjected to any voltage and wave form other than as specified in this instruction manual.
This warranty is available to end-users only. You are an end-user if you own a BPM product that was purchased at retail for personal, family, or domestic use. Except as otherwise required under applicable law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers and owners.
Conditions: This warranty is valid for the original in country (e.g. UK) retail purchaser from the date of the original purchase and is not transferrable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty and replacement services. Service centres or retail stores do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way, change the terms and conditions of this warranty. Warranty registration is not necessary, but is encouraged, to obtain warranty and warranty extension on BPM products where offered. Please save your proof of purchase.
About your Warranty: Most warranty repairs or replacements are handled routinely, but sometimes requests for warranty service may not be appropriate. For example, warranty services would NOT apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine maintenance, shipping, handling, 3rd party warehousing, or improper installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the warranty period, the authorised service dealer, at its option, will repair or replace any part that, upon examination is found to be defective under normal use and service.
Normal Wear: This warranty does not cover normal wear of any parts or damage resulting from any of the following negligent use or misuse of this product: improper voltage or current; use contrary to the operation instructions; deviation from the instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than BPM or an authorised service centre. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornados. BPM shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights as stated in the UK Consumer rights laws that may vary slightly.
How to obtain Warranty Services: If your BPM product should prove to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. To obtain the warranty register your information, product model number and serial number online at bgepro.com/warranty within 14 days of receiving your product. Make a note of the part number and serial number listed on your product before registration.
