Top heating elements appear not to be working?
Top heating elements may appear to not be working as they are not glowing orange hot, but in fact, they are working.
Above the top heating elements is a powerful fan directing air on the top heating elements.
The blown air dims the red hot glow while circulating generated heat within the oven.
The top heating elements are hot, are dissipating heat, and operating as expected.
Top bars do not work?
Top bars may seem to not be working as they are not glowing red hot, but in fact, they are working.

What is the maximum time you can use the oven for if you wanted to cook something low and slow?
The maximum time you can use the oven for is 2 hours based on timer settings. You can cook food on low and slow heat setting for as long as you wish by resetting the timer every 2 hours.
Can I get kebab fork (rotisserie fork) that fits the oven?
The oven is sold with a rotisserie fork. Only the supplied fork may be used with the oven.

What is the warranty?
The warranty is 1 year from purchase.

Is this dishwasher safe?
Yes – the accessories are dishwasher safe.
Can you buy spare shelves, tray and wire tray?
The oven is sold with a baking pan, oven rack, airfry basket, rotisserie fork, and rotisserie basket. Only the supplied parts may be used with the oven.

Are all the accessories and the interior made of stainless steel?
The oven rack, air fry basket, rotisserie basket, rotisserie fork, and handle are made from stainless steel. The baking pan is made from aluminium.
Is the unit PFOA free & PTFE free?
It is PFOA free and PTFE free.
The baking pan contains non-stick coating that is PFOA free, and food grade compliant PTFE.
How should the baking pan be cleaned?
We recommend the baking pan is covered in foil while in-use for easier clean and longevity. It can be cleaned by dipping in soapy water before washing.

How can a crispier outcome be achieved on cooked food?
For more crispier outcome we recommend using the air fryer basket, spacing out the food on the basket, and if necessary consider adding a touch of oil (very little) on the surface of the food you are cooking to increase speed of caramelisation and a crispy blistering.
You may also consider braising some food types first then using the airfryer as a finishing or crisping tool.
