Update:
The top heating elements had a dimmer glow when on compared to the bottom, but only because the fan above it blows air onto the top element, reducing the glow, but circulating the hot air within the oven. You learn something new every day 🙂 – love it all the same (thanks Bridgepro Customer Service).

Well I must say this is a good air fryer nice looking fits with my kitchen layout.
Easy to use and it is good because you can watch the food cooking.(sad I know)
The rottiserie basket is better than the flat basket because you don’t have to shake the chips.

I received this as a Christmas present from my son. I have been using our built in oven for baking bread amongst other things. It’s a large area to heat up for a loaf or tray of cup cakes. I had mentioned that I had been researching air fryer ovens as we wanted to ditch the chip fryer and have a more suitably sized oven. I sent the link to my son who said that he too was interested in getting one. Well, he did, and am I pleased he did. The oven fits in well with our other appliances and has a smart appearance. The control panel is clear and easy to navigate. Changing temperature and timer is easy once you know the process. I really like the pre-heat feature and the oven heats up quickly requesting you insert the food as soon as it hits the required temperature. I have been using standard minimum baking times for a fan oven from the recipes. Chips need to be well coated in oil or you get that baked potato flavour. The results have been very pleasing without having to “learn to cook” again. A bread tin with fully risen dough just fits in and clears the upper heating element. Again I use the minimum recommended temperature and minimum time and getting perfect repeatable results. The interior light is very useful and I have found the interior of the oven easy to keep clean. The 30 litre capacity makes it a very versatile oven that is used daily and has completely replaced our built in oven. A great buy.
